Maritime Courts - Venezuela

Venezuela is to set up two specialised maritime courts in Caracas - the Venezuelan First Maritime High Court, and the First Maritime Court. It is hoped that maritime cases will now be litigated more efficiently and quickly, in accordance with the principles set out under maritime legislation enacted in Venezuela over the past three years.
