i.A copy of the carrier's SCAC certificate;
ii.A Letter of Intent, prepared on the carrier's letterhead, authorizing the service center to file cargo manifests to CBP on behalf of the carrier.
   A draft Letter of Intent is provided here; and
iii.A copy of the carrier's ICB.
