Reporting Deaths and Illness

From March 2014, Federal Regulations have changed and the process for reporting death and illness on board vessels destined to the US has changed.

The paperwork which is required to be completed has changed, and is available from the CDC (Centre for Disease Control) website

Members are advised to ensure their vessels have the correct forms readily available in the unfortunate event of a death or illness.
